Atlantic City: July 4th
Tropicana will hold an Independence Day fireworks display at 10pm on Saturday, July 4th. Fireworks are launched from the beachfront near Tropicana and can be viewed along the famous AC boardwalk. Tropicana will continue to hold fireworks displays every other Saturday from July 18th through September 5th.

Atlantic City: June 26th
Ocean Resort in Atlantic City’s North Beach will hold their 5th annual North Beach fireworks show on Friday night, June 26th. Fireworks start at 9:30pm and can be viewed from anywhere along the northern boardwalk and from The Park at Ocean.

Atlantic City: July 3rd
In honor of America’s 250th Anniversary, Ocean Resort in Atlantic City’s North Beach will host patriotic drone shows each Friday in July, kicking off on July 3rd. The show starts at 9pm each Friday.

Brigantine: July 3rd & 4th
The Brigantine Chamber of Commerce will host their 2026 Family Fun Festival on Friday & Saturday, July 3rd & 4th. There will be rides, games, music, a vendor market, and more! The event takes place at the Brigantine Community Center.

Northfield: July 4th
Northfield’s annual 4th of July Parade will begin at 10am, starting at Jackson Ave & Shore Rd. The parade travels down Shore Road to Mill Rd, before ending at the Burton Avenue fire station. Rain date for the parade is Thursday, July 11th.

Hackensack: July 4th
Independence Day festivities will be held at Foschini Park on July 4th, starting at 10am with the Hackensack Police Department and Fire Department Softball Game. Activities continue at 4pm with food trucks and games, followed by live music by Fillet of Soul at 7:30pm. Festivities end with a dazzling fireworks display at 9pm.

Paramus: July 3rd
Paramus will hold several events on July 3rd, kicking off with the annual Independence Day Parade along Farview Ave starting at 9am. The parade steps off at Farview Ave & East Century Road and ends at the grandstand located at Memorial Elementary School.
Following the parade will be a Food Truck Festival at 2pm at Paramus High School. The festival benefits the Paramus Volunteer Fire Dept, featuring 20 food trucks, beer & sangria garden, DJ entertainment, kids activities, and more! Admission to the festival is $5, and free for kids under 5.
The day is capped off by a spectacular fireworks display at the high school starting at dusk.

Ridgewood: July 4th
Ridgewood’s 116th annual 4th of July Celebration begins with a flag raising at 9am at Wilsey Square with a Parade to follow at 10am, starting at Monroe St & Godwin Ave. Events move to Veterans Field at 6pm with food trucks, live music, a beer garden, and a spectacular fireworks display by Grucci at approximately 9:15pm. Admission is required for the fireworks event, and is $16 per person at the gate/free for kids under 5; see the tickets page for details & pre-sales.

Rutherford’s fireworks will be held on Sunday, June 28th at Memorial Park. The event begins at 5pm and features DJ entertainment, food trucks, beer garden, bounce houses, and more! Fireworks begin at approximately 9pm.

July 4th in Haddon Heights kicks off with their Firecracker 5k run at 8am, followed by the borough’s annual Independence Day parade at 9am. The parade travels down Station Ave, 10th Ave, and High St and features bands, floats, civic groups, antique cars, decorated bicycles, costumed pets, and more!

On July 4th, the township’s Independence Day Parade kicks off at 11:30am starting at the Municipal Building and ending at Crystal Lake Pool.

Avalon: July 2nd - 4th
In honor of America’s 250th, Avalon will have three days of events starting on July 2nd at Surfside Park with the reading of the Declaration of Independence at 6:30pm and music by American Soul at 7pm.
July 3rd will have a golf cart parade at 6pm starting at the 29th St parking lot, with music by Nashville Express following the parade at Surfside Park.
4th of July events in Avalon kick off with the annual boat parade at noon, starting from the Avalon Yacht Club, with the borough’s annual fireworks show on the beach at 9pm.

Sea Isle City: July 4th
Activities in Sea Isle City on July 4th begin at 9:30am with the Jr Olympics at Dealy Field, open to children ages 3-12. In the evening festivities move to Excursion Park with a concert starting at 7:30pm featuring Yacht Rock Gold. Fireworks will be held at approximately 9:15pm, launched off the 50th Street beach. Fireworks are visible from all along the beach!

Stone Harbor: July 3rd
36th Annual Independence Day fireworks celebration sponsored by the Stone Harbor Volunteer Fire Company. Festivities will take place on July 3rd this year and begin with a concert at the 81st Street rec complex, followed by fireworks launched from a barge off the 81st St Beach at approximately 9:15pm.

Wildwood: July 4th
Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, and North Wildwood each have events on July 4th. The day kicks off with the annual Family Parade and Patriotic Pooch Parade starting at 9th & Atlantic Avenues in North Wildwood. On the southern end of the Wildwood boardwalk, there will be a craft show from 9am-5pm (continuing through Sunday, July 5th.)
In the evening, Wildwood Crest will host a July 4th Celebration at Centennial Park starting at 6:45pm featuring live music by Legacy.
The 4th is capped off with a spectacular fireworks display, synchronized to patriotic music, in Wildwood at 10pm. Fireworks are launched from the Pine Ave beach and can be seen all along the boardwalk.

Millville’s 4th of July celebration kicks off with a parade at 4pm, starting at the library and traveling up High St to Lakeside Middle School. Festivities following the parade start at 6pm at the Tim Shannon Rec Complex with live music, vendors, pro wrestling, food trucks, games, and fireworks at approximately 9pm.

The city of Vineland will host an Independence Day concert and fireworks display on July 4th at Giampietro Memorial Park. The concert begins at 7pm at the Enrico Serra Band Shell featuring Bud Cavallo and the Rowan College Symphony. Fireworks will be held after the concert at the nearby Vineland High School, beginning at approximately 9pm.

Livingston’s 89th Annual 4th of July celebration will take place at and around Memorial Oval on Robert Harp Drive. Events throughout the day include the 33rd Annual AutoFest car show from 9am-3pm (the largest 4th of July car show in NJ), food truck festival and family activities at 12 noon, live music, contests, and more! Main stage entertainment kicks off at 7:30pm featuring New Power Soul with the fireworks spectacular to follow at 9:15pm.

Piscataway, home of the first national July 4th celebration in 1778, will have activities throughout the day on July 4th. The Lake Hopatcong Yacht Club will hold their annual fireworks display over the lake on Friday, June 26th, at dusk. The fireworks can be viewed from locations around the southern end of the lake, however the Yacht Club grounds will not be open to the public.

Montville Township’s 50th annual 4th of July Celebration will take place from June 24th through June 26th, held at Montville High School. The event features live entertainment, a full scale carnival with rides and games, eating contests, food trucks, and more! June 24th will have an all new drone show at 8:45pm, with fireworks to close out the event on June 26th.

Barnegat Light’s Independence Day Parade will take place on July 4th at 6pm. Line up begins at 5:30pm at W 11th St with the parade traveling up Central Ave to Broadway, before continuing on to W 6th St and ending at the pavilion on Bayview Ave.

Brick’s 31st Annual Summerfest concert series kicks off on July 2nd at Windward Beach Park.
