Jersey City’s 4th of July Festival and Fireworks will be held at Exchange Place featuring live entertainment,  a food truck festival hosted by Jersey City Night Market, and a spectacular fireworks display by Grucci over the Hudson at 9:30pm – viewable from both NJ and NY sides of the Hudson River Waterfront.
