The L.E.A.D. Fest State Fair at Mercer County Park, hosted by L.E.A.D. (Law Enforcement Against Drugs & Violence), a nationwide nonprofit that works with communities to help students understand the dangers of drugs and violence, will begin on June 27. Until July 6, people among the Mercer County community and other folks in surrounding towns are invited to enjoy food, rides and entertainment at the state fair.

The hours for the state fair (subject to change) are as follows:

Wednesday – Friday: 5 p.m. to close

Saturday/Sunday/Holiday: 3 p.m. to close

In addition to fairway rides provided by Reithoffer Shows, fireworks will be held on June 27, June 30 and July 4. Gate admission is $5 on weekdays when the carnival opens at 5 p.m. and $10 on weekends and holidays when the carnival opens at 3 p.m. Kids under 12 always pay only $5 admission.
