The 2023 New Jersey State Fair and Sussex County Farm & Horse Show returns to the Sussex County Fairgrounds from Friday, August 4th, through Saturday, August 12th for 9 big days of family fun!

The official State Fair of New Jersey, this long running annual fair features agricultural, livestock, and home arts exhibits; horse shows, children’s activities, live music, a large midway with carnival rides and games for all ages, craft and merchandise vendors, a wide selection of great food, grandstand events, free midway entertainment, and so much more!

Special events during the fair include Bull Riding on August 4th, a Lumberjack Competition on August 5th, Demolition Derby on August 6th & 7th, Celebrate America Day on August 9th with discounted admission specials, and a Monster Truck Show on August 8th & 9th.

Admission to the fair is $15 for adults, $5 for children ages 6-12, $10 for seniors 60+, and $7 for veterans and active military.

Mega Passes, good for admission + unlimited rides on any one day of the fair, are $30 for adults and $25 for children 6-12 years old. Mega Passes, discounted advance sale admission tickets, and special event tickets can purchased at the fair’s website.
