Maywood’s 113rd annual Independence Day Parade takes place on Monday, July 4th. The parade steps off at 9am from Orchard Pl & Maywood Ave, travels through downtown on West Pleasant Ave, makes a right on Palmer Ave, and continues to West Fairmount Avenue before ending at Memorial Park where a there will be a ceremony and reading of the Declaration of Independence. The Maywood Rotary Club will collect non-perishable food items along the Parade route for distribution to local food pantries.
