Jersey City’s 4th of July Celebration will be held at Exchange Place and feature performances by Funk Flex, Diesel – Shaquille O’Neal, and Flo Rida; a street fair and food truck festival hosted by Jersey City Night Market, and a spectacular fireworks display by Grucci over the Hudson at 9:30pm – viewable from both NJ and NY sides of the Hudson River Waterfront.
