Starting on June 21, people among the Ridgefield Park community and other folks in surrounding towns are invited to attend the L.E.A.D. Fest Carnival at Overpeck County Park to enjoy food, rides and entertainment. Hosted by L.E.A.D. (Law Enforcement Against Drugs & Violence), a nationwide nonprofit that works with communities to help students understand the dangers of drugs and violence, the L.E.A.D. Fest Carnival will be open to the public from:

Wednesday, June 21 – Sunday, June 25

The hours are:

Wednesday – Friday: 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Saturday – Sunday: 1 p.m. to 11 p.m.

β€œWe’re excited to bring our L.E.A.D. Fest Carnival to Overpeck County Park as the public will get to enjoy various activities at the event,” said Nick DeMauro, CEO of L.E.A.D. β€œWe look forward to seeing the turnout as everyone who attends will help us to advance the program that we have for school children in Ridgefield Park, by preventing more students in the town from becoming involved with drugs and violence and continuing to improve police-community relationships.”
