Freedom & Fireworks Festival

The City of Jersey City will hold their 5th annual Freedom & Fireworks Festival on Independence Day, July 4th at Exchange Place on the Hudson River waterfront. The festival is the largest Independence Day celebration in New Jersey and features live music including hip hop legend Snoop Dogg, free entertainment, a carnival with rides for all ages, Food Truck Alley with a wide variety of delicious food and treats, and a dazzling fireworks display by Grucci over the Hudson River.

Parking is limited for this event and guests are encouraged to carpool or use mass transit to get to Exchange Place. The festival is easily accessible via PATH train, Hudson-Bergen Light Rail, ferry, or bus. Check the event’s Getting Around page for details.
