The 2nd Annual International Festival & Carnival kicks off on June 28th at Lincoln Park in Jersey City (across from the running track), hosted by Freeholder Bill O’Dea and The Dominican Parade of Hudson County. Come out and enjoy the Summer and Independence Day with amusement rides for kids, entertainment, food, music, face painting, and more!
